The 德雷克行星际 Corsair is a multi-crew explorer that gives up defenses for a focus on versatility and firepower. With asymmetric, convertible wings and a large cargo hold, the Corsair adapts to harsh environments, combat situations, and hot landing zones with equal ease. Up to four crew can be accommodated in the Corsair's functional quarters, and a full complement of scanning suites along with a pair of quantum fuel tanks provide the means and method of exploring distant, dangerous stars.[2]

We at Drake Interplanetary know that sometimes defense isn't just about protecting what's yours. Sometimes it's about striking out and facing the unknown head-on. How can you ever be truly safe if you don't know what threat is waiting beyond the next mountain range, moon, or jump point?
Thanks to a large hold capable of stowing a small vehicle and specially designed asymmetric convertible wings, the Corsair adapts gracefully to unfamiliar atmospheres, combat situations, and hot landing zones. Be ready for anything, and you'll never be caught unprepared.

Features

Development
The Corsair was first introduced in 2017-12-01 in the vote "YOU Pick the Next Drake Ship". It came last in the vote to be the next Drake ship by backers with 19% of 37696 voters.[4]
During the 2950 Drake Defensecon, the ship was on display at the 里克纪念空港 in 18区. It was represented by a downscaled holographic display of the model.[5] On May 5, 2021 it was revealed that the Corsair was in production and to be implemented in game with an allocated work schedule of 6 weeks.[1]
