The San'tok.yāi's inital look was developed by [[Gary Sanchez]] (Freelance Conceptist), who had worked on the final concept of the original [[Khartu-al]]. Because Sanchez was not available to fully concept the ship, he helped out with the initial direction, the concept design was later completed by [[Aleks Akstinas]] (Conceptist) from [[Foundry 42 UK]]. 设计流程

桑托起亚最初由Gary Sanchez (自由概念师)设计,也是卡图-AL的最终概念负责人。由于桑切斯未能完全构思完毕飞船的整体，他帮助确定了初步的设计方向。概念最终由来自Foundry 42 UK的Aleks Akstinas (概念师)完成。其他核心贡献成员包括Paul Jones (艺术总监), John Crewe (载具管道总监),和Stephen Hosmer.[4]

桑托起亚于2018年11月28日在2948周年庆中首次亮相。[1] 2021年5月5日，据透露桑托起亚正在制作中，并将在游戏中实装。最初分配的工期为10周.[5]
