奥波亚奎尔卡图 ( Xi'an: Kuail Kal2tu(Kuail Kal'tu) (Proper); 字面意义： dire fly light fighter; )^[1]是希安帝国军队的轻型侦察机。与人类的舰船设计相反，卡图系列没有传统的主推进器，而是在铰接式结构上上配备了一系列机动推进器。这种设计使其具有了常人难以置信的敏捷性，使它们一度成为帝国飞行员的心头恨。为此他们赋予了这些船“夸克”的绰号，因为当这些希安杀手进入高速战斗状态时，从远处看只能见到一小簇闪烁的火花。

奎尔卡图作为该系列的原型机，被希安帝国作为军用侦察机使用

Khartu-al: Khartu-al is the human export variant of the Khartu.

History

During the Cold War with the UEE, rare reports claimed that unknown Xi'an scout ships were sighted evading border patrols.

On 2896-01-15 SET, the UEE successfully captured one of the scout ships as it had been found derelict and pilotless by a naval recon squadron. It was taken immediately to an undisclosed bunker for further study, where Imperial researchers spent years trying to decipher and understand the damaged technology.
