2016	Star Citizen Alpha 2.6.0 is released, marking the release of 星际陆战队. It introduces Special Editions of spaceships with 复仇者追猎, 军刀, F7C 大黄蜂, and Gladius Valiant. 先锋重装兵, 信使, 毛虫, and 85X are flight ready.^[1]
2017	Star Citizen Alpha 3.0.0 is released as the largest content release featuring numerous new tech such as procedural planets. Ground vehicles are introduced, with Nox, 蜻蜓, and 大熊座 being flight ready. 星座天鹰座, 勘探者, and 军刀渡鸦 are flight ready. 黑弯刀 is reworked. It is released eight months after last patch (Alpha 2.6.3) and exactly one year after the last major release (Alpha 2.6).^[2]
