| 2942 | Senator 米拉·恩戈 proposes a referendum which would allow UEE citizens to vote on whether or not to move the Empire's capital from 地球 to Terra.[1] The referendum ultimately fails, but positive responses to it would later inspire Ngo to run for Imperator in 2950 with her campaign centered around this idea. |
