The Imperial Cartography Center has put out a request for assistance to any ships in the area.
Details
On your seventh visit to ICC Probe 849, Tessa Bannister informs the player of a distress beacon, unlocking 2928-CRU716 as a 量子驅動器 destination.
Walkthrough
There is no combat in this mission, unless encountering hostile players.
New Objective: Report to Probe
Quantum Drive to ICC Probe 849.
"Hey there stranger. Not to sound mysterious or anything, but I'm picking up some really weird pings on my scanners. I don't know if you want to go and check it out and tell me what the hell it is? I would myself, but you know, can't leave. Sorry, forgot the coordinates."

Quantum Drive to 2928-CRU716.
Fly towards the centre of the asteroid cluster.
New Objective: Identify Signal
This beacon can be a little tricky to find due to the size of the cluster. It's in the shadow of a large asteroid in near total darkness.
The signal turns out to be coming from a shipwreck. The mission can be completed by using the flashing red distress beacon found within the wreckage. Be aware that there are actually two beacons within the field, and only the one emmitting a sound is usable.

After a cool down of about a minute, when the player next visits ICC Probe 849 it will trigger ICC Assistance (8).
