Details
On your third visit to ICC Probe 849, Tessa Bannister informs the player of a DB (or distress beacon) unlocking 2910-UEE217 as a 量子驅動器 destination.
Walkthrough
New Objective: Report to Probe
Quantum Drive to ICC Probe 849.
"Hey, it's you! Welcome back to the probe.
There's a DB blinking like crazy on my screen. Here, I sent you the location.
If you take a look, it's a win-win. They get help, and I get to stop hearing the damn thing go BEEP BEEP BEEP, every freaking second. Oh and DB stands for distress beacon by the way. 'Cause I realized, I might be the only one who calls them DB?"

Quantum Drive to 2910-UEE217.
Fly towards the centre of the asteroid cluster.
New Objective: Identify Signal
The signal turns out to be coming from a shipwreck being scouted by 九尾 Outlaws. Two outlaw ships spawn per player. The mission can be completed by using the flashing red distress beacon found within the wreckage. It is possible to fly past the outlaws to trigger the beacon without having to engage them in combat, but much harder to accomplish than in the first mission. Be aware that there are actually two beacons within the asteroid cluster, and only the one emmitting a sound is usable.

Ever since the 跳躍點 I've been working out a rough schedule of what to visit, and by my estimation I can sightsee for four hours if I wanna keep my schedule for the rest of the system. Oh, that's weird. Just got an alert that says airlock was triggered? Huh, I swear the new operating system is designed to not work with these older models. So, anyway, still undecided about whether to visit 赫斯頓 or not. Place is already kind of...."

After a cool down of about a minute, when the player next visits ICC Probe 849 it will trigger ICC Assistance (4).
