Crusader Cares was a initiative brought forward by Itembe Wilkens that allegedly increased 十字軍工業 expenses on security and expanded the number of active private security contractors partnered with said company, to lower the outrageous crime levels that plagued 十字軍 and its moons[1].
It was brought before the UEE Senate Subcommittee on the Interior by 凱利·卡普蘭, Crusader Industries' CEO on the 19th of May, 2949[1].
