Crusader Cares was a initiative brought forward by Itembe Wilkens that allegedly increased 十字军工业 expenses on security and expanded the number of active private security contractors partnered with said company, to lower the outrageous crime levels that plagued 十字军 and its moons[1].
It was brought before the UEE Senate Subcommittee on the Interior by 凯利·卡普兰, Crusader Industries' CEO on the 19th of May, 2949[1].
