The High-Advocate is an office in the 地球聯合帝國 Government responsible for the supervision of law enforcement. The High-Advocate is ex officio member of the Tribunal. An important duty of a High-Advocate is coordination of efforts to make sure that UEE laws are implemented by local UEE governments.[1]
