Galor Messer IX (*2666; 2751) was the ninth 地球聯合帝國皇帝 of the 地球聯合帝國.
Life
He was the son of Illyana Messer and the older brother of Samuel Messer. Due to a chronic illness, he was disinherited by his mother in favor of Samuel Messer. His health was frail and his early death was expected to happen before his 20th birthday. Following the assassination of Samuel in 2715, Galor ascends to become 地球聯合帝國皇帝 an reigned for 36 years.[1][2]
Reign
Under his reign, the UEE currency system was renamed to Imperials, remade government buildings in the Meta-Baroque style and names his nephew Ulysses Messer as successor.[3]
In 2743 , he authorized Terraforming permit for Leir II in an effort to fund his legacy, a complete foundational redesign (Meta-Baroque) of UEE government buildings. The winning bid was so high that many assumed it was a mistake. Turns out, it wasn't.[2]
Death
Galor Messer died at the age of 85 in 2751, after a prolonged battle with a degenerative bone illness.[3]
