Chesterfield Hurston was a former board member of 赫斯顿动力. He was married to Mariah Park Hurston and was father to 玛格达·赫斯顿 and Bertram Hurston.
He came to prominence in 2843 when he received the 'Employee of the year' award thanks to his redesign the company's shipping network. The change increased the company's efficiency by thirteen percent and he managed to achieve it without raising wages.
