The Central Business District (also known as CBD, Central Tower, or Central Headquarters and Shared Services Center) is a massive 2.5-kilometer tall building looming over 羅威爾 and the headquarters of 赫斯頓動力. It also has the distinction of being the largest building on 赫斯頓.[1] Construction of the tower began in 2912 (the year Lorville was founded) and it was completed in 2914.[2]
