An Overview of the Xi』an Language for Diplomats is a publication by the Office of Xenolinguistic Protocol. As the name implies is a document instructing diplomats in the basics of the Xi'an language and social behaviours necessary for operating within the 希安帝國.
The Third Edition was published in 2947, and contains a foreword by Master Professor T.ai, Dean of Xenolinguistics at the Xi'an Imperial Academy, Anóna. The Diplomatic Corps Library Item Code for this edition is LNG.295.323.D32.X87.3.6 [1]
