Severus or Kiel III is a terrestrial planet. It was terraformed by the military in the times of the Cold War and used as an operation hub.

Severus had difficulty attracting settlers and businesses to this formerly fortified system, but has been enjoying a recent population boom thanks to the recent Imperial recognition.
