       The UEES Hannibal is a 地球联合帝国海军 ship of unknown class under the command of Rear Admiral Geoff Ullen. In 2944 the Hannibal witnessed 阿彻伦 forces attacking a craft from 德林 close to Charon III. The incident was discussed in an emergency session of the UEE Senate on December 9.^[1]
