Jesper Donovin was a Governor and member of the Governors Council on 博瑞雅.

Life

Not much is known about his life. He was wounded in New Castle, Borea after an assasination attempt against the Govenors Council. He credited the Autodoc, invented by 生物技术公司 for his surviving. He later tried "to pass a bill that would require one to be installed in every government-operated building" which ended unsuccessfull.[1]
