Empire's Overlooked is a non-profit organization which supports and advocates for unrepresented systems in the 地球联合帝国 (which have no seats in the Senate and therefore no participation rights). The organisation was active on Hyperion, Fora and sent direct aid to the planet when it was dealing with a famine.[1] The organisation started a joint venture with 十字军工业, called "Sword of Hope" to support the war-plagued planet Charon III.
